headed by Gregg Cochlan and Doug Fast. It is a partnership that

| Gregg Cochlan is a strategic change architect
and performance management consultant. He has been equipping
industry leaders to deal with the challenges of change since
1986, and is president of thinc. Corporate
Change Architect Company, an affiliate of The
Pacific Institute. Gregg has extensive strategic
planning experience with corporations in both the private and
public sectors, including Cooperative Trust Company of Canada,
Credit Union Central Canada, the Federal Government of Canada
and United Pharmacists. He has also experienced corporate change
as the owner of several businesses. Gregg’s experience
and cutting edge processes enable leaders to evaluate their
organizations and architect successful change. |

| Doug Fast, B.A., CMC, is a market intelligence
specialist and management consultant. He is president of Fast
Consulting, and for almost 20 years has been providing
business leaders with quantitative and qualitative research
that addresses specific strategic planning issues and challenges.
Doug works closely with the boards and executive teams of private
and public corporations, as well as associations and not-for-profits.
Clients include Cameco Corporation, Credit Union Central Canada,
the Federal Government of Canada, United Pharmacists and Weyerhaeuser.
Doug has the proven ability to integrate market intelligence
with strategic planning, corporate communications and branding
strategies to generate powerful ideas. |
